Will be in Los Cabos for a month, and would like to spend some time at Magdalena Bay, and go out into the bay to observe the gray whales close up. Would it be better to start at Puerto San Carlos, or go further up the coast to Puerto Lopez Mateos. It's 250 miles from Cabo to San Carlos, and would spend 2 days to/from Magdalena Bay. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Bruce
