Small Dogs Able to Travel on Bus Across Mexico?

Can't Post | Private Reply
Previous posts (2004 & earlier) said no dogs allowed on national buses. Any changes since then? I was in MZT recently but forgot to check that out when I went to the bus station in Centro. For example, I plan to travel from MZT to Guad/Chapala on a bus. Would I be allowed to take this terrier breed in a travel kennel? Or would I need to fly between the towns & transport her that way?

ADO permits pets, i.e., no farm animals, in cages in the baggage area.

Check the Internet sites of the bus that you want to travel.
