I need to find the least expensive/easiest way to get from San Antonio to Monterrey 7/22 or 7/23 and back 8/2 or 8/3, without flying or taking my own car. Any ideas?

it costs $45 each way by bus- 3 hours to laredo, 2-4 hours laredo to monterrey.
