Road Trip Veracruz to Villahermosa

Does anyone know if the toll roads:

150D Veracruz to La Tinaja
145D La Tinaja to Minatitlan
180D Minatitlan to Villahermosa

are open at this time or are there problems with flooding?

This seems to be the best site for figuring out a route. We had to take the long southern route through Oaxaca and Chiapas to get to Cozumel.

Yes it is a pretty good site but you will notice it does not include toll roads like the CAPUFE site does...
