I just got off the phone with my wife and she tells me that our seven year old daughters friend and her family were going to C. D. Victoria for a holiday. They were turned back by the federales, as the highway is not passible. Has anyone else heard anything about that?
Has anyone heard anyhting about the highway between Matamoros, Soto la Marina, Aldama and Tampico?
