River Rafting the Rio Antigua was a real hit.

Jacomulco was a village that used to be dedicated to growing Mangos. Now it lives on as an Eco Tourism destination for mostly Mexican Tourism. It is only about 15 miles from the Veracruz Capital of Xalapa. The cost for me and 4 other people was $140.00 for a trip that lasted three hours. My wife and daughters were thrilled by the adventure. The climate was perfect in December, but it does get rather hot in July. I am looking forward to our two day trip next year. You travel about 60 miles through Coffee Plantations on the two day trip. If you would like me to connect you with the guide that took us, then send me a private message. We have driven nearly the length of Mexico without any negative events of any kind. Back in the US my facebook comments on my posts, say that I am braver than Columbus.
