My spouse and I are planning a road trip from Queretero to Puebla next week and our plan is to avoid going through Mexico City. While we have a 2007 map, a local friend says there is a 'new toll road' that connects Pachuca to Puebla. Our map does not show such a road.
Can anyone here provide any details? Is there a preferred route to take?
