As the others have said, it is usually not worth it to try to buy a bus ticket in advance. Wait until you get to the bus station. One exception that I make is when I am already in a city, and want to leave tomorrow. Then I might buy a ticket the day before, to minimize the amount of time waiting in the bus station, and to make sure that I get whatever bus line I prefer. The other exception is holidays, when the buses can fill up for days. But that requires an understanding of the holiday traffic flows, because the buses could be full in one direction and half empty in the other direction. But when you are flying in, lots of things can go wrong, you could be a couple of hours late, you don't know how long you will be in customs, you could be a whole day late, or everything could run like clockwork and you could end up at the bus station before 8 AM. You are better off not locking into a particular departure, just check the available departures when you arrive, and then make a decision. Also I would not wait for hours to ride ETN if I could catch a Primera plus in 30 minutes. ETN is nice, but I have wasted time waiting for the ETN departure when I could have been halfway there before the ETN bus left the station. Have fun, don't worry, go with the flow. Note that your early morning arrival puts you in a good situation, where if you miss the bus you wanted there will be another in an hour or so. If you were making a late arrival, you might get into a situation where you miss the last bus of the day. A flexible schedule is always better than a tight schedule, a lot less stress.
