Try Hotel Las Golindrinas

Try Hotel Las Golindrinas (The Swallows) a couple of blocks from the center of the action (and noise).
Since the DotD involves several days, try to get out to the surrounding valley towns for their celebrations too.
Don't forget to visit the local Panteon (Graveyard)
Pernel

Las Golondrinas is pricey

If I am not mistaken, a room at that hotel is at least $60/night- that's dollars, not pesos. There is a family-run hotel on Plazuela Labastida that is very clean, with private bath and a tiled courtyard. It will cost about $15.
: Try Hotel Las Golindrinas (The Swallows) a couple of blocks from the center of the action (and noise).
: Since the DotD involves several days, try to get out to the surrounding valley towns for their celebrations too.
: Don't forget to visit the local Panteon (Graveyard)
: Pernel

Would that be the Posada Marguerita? My husband and I will be there the week after next and plan to check out that hotel. Can you recommend any others that are economical?
:There is a family-run hotel on Plazuela Labastida that is very clean, with private bath and a tiled courtyard. It will cost about $15.
