Need a car permit extension (Only Sonora)

As many of you know, the Only Sonora program gives you a permit with the convinience of not having to pay with credit card or pay a bond for the car, traveling only within the state of Sonora; and the service is extremly more fast and efficent. Note: permits only available at the 21 km south from the Nogales, Az Border. Sometimes happens that you permit is almost to expire (since they ussualy dont give permit for more than you realy need, most people about 10 days to 2 monts, and they can give for 6 mos. only in special cases, like retired people living in Son., us consulate/embassy workers, etc.) and if for some reason you need to extend your stay at Sonora, or you car had a mechanical problem and needs to be fix, before traveling back, here is a good sugestion: The city of Hermosillo has two new Goverment bulding facilities (Not the old ones accross from "La Catedral" church). The new facilities are located in the main Hermosillo entrance boulevard, keep going south into town and you will see them in your right hand side (on the Bulevard Rosales accross the Hotel Colonial). The Only Sonora offices are located in the State Goverment Buldings (the are Federal offices and State offices) under the bridge that separate them, the people in there are frendly and professional(some of them are "Licenciado en Turismo" students doing their services).
