Here is a web site that offers maps of the metro rail systems in all the cities of the world. In Mexico there are metro systems in DF, Guadalajara and Monterrey.<p>www.metropla.net

This is a great site. In the case of Mexico City, you might want to print the map, or make sure you have a version in some map or guidebook you are carrying, since, in one of those Mexican surprises, the full system map is hardly ever posted in the stations or on the trains. Of course, that's nothing compared to the city with few street signs that I ended up in after getting off the Metro ...
