Medical Evacuation Insurance

I did a search but little of interest came up?? I know most plans will not return a patient to the US only to the nearest hospital. Are there any recommendations for a company that "will" return a patient to the US for medical care? I know this topic has been covered in the past. Maybe there is some new information - new experiences, opinions?

My husband has air evac insurance thru: http://www.medairservices.com

Thank goodness we haven't had to use it but knew of 2 gentlemen in Mazatlan that did have to use it.....worked well.
