Hotel in Durango, Good restaurant?

I will be spending a night in Durango and have been looking for hotel recs. There was reference to Hotel Roma on one forum, but I can't find a website for them. Does anyone know this place? Or have other recs in centro area, hopefully close to cathedral and central plaza? Looking for value, preferably less than $400 a night for 2. How about a good place for dinner? Thanks, Dee

I found the website for hotel roma in a slightly outdated Lonely Planet, hotelroma.com.mx. Looks like what we are looking for, but still would like comments on hotel/restaurant experiences.
