Hey I noticed that too. Hats off to Rolly and I too whole heartily appreciate his input. I'll be in the moving to Chapala stage soon and when someone asks a question, I will eavesdrop and if Rolly has an answer, I will listen closely. It seems that Rolly knows the rules of moving to Mexico and is very willing to share accurate and adequate information so the the person is capable of making an informed decision.
