Gas vs Diesel

Can't Post |
I'm going to be buying a new pickup within the next 12-18 months and am leaning towards a diesel due to the "more power" engine. (I have a 26' RV travel trailer that I will be towing with it.) My question is, "How available is diesel in Mexico and what is the cost running?"<p><p>

March 1997 - Pesos 2.54
March 1995 - Pesos 1.59<p>Prices have never been going down and go up on January 1st every year. They are set by the government. There is no competition and fuel is readily available. There are very large truck stops where you can stay overnight, free.
