GUADALAJARA CAR RENTAL

I'm going to need a rental car for three weeks with unlimited mileage. the car doesn't have to be fancy ,i just need transportation and have got to put a lot of miles on it. Any recommendations for a good local company? thanks!

i guess no one really knows... gdl car rentals are very expensive... rented once... i got a great unlimited rental out of mazatlan airport... no name company.... i dont have the number....

not to put dread in your mind.... but I have personally had lousy luck with car rental companies at GDL airport... twice within the last 12 months the car I reserved was not available... they wanted me to rent a much more expensive car instead... I opted to go to Hertz and pay about $150usd more than planned just because I was pi$$ed at Alamo... be prepared for "Plan B" and don't take the crap they try to pass out.... I have made at least 20 trips to GDL.... but the car rental problem is about the only problem.... the general attitude was "so you have a particular reservation... that car is not available... do this upgrade or walk".... letter writing to the home office has been less than successful other than an apology and please try again...

I had a very satisfactory rental experience at the GDL airport this past November. Four days for a brand new Dodge Attitude @ 518.70 pesos per day. Total was exactly 2800 pesos, including IVA.

The company is Aries Rent-a-Car.
