Fun in the sun for the youg in Chihuahuah MX?

My husband is going to Chih MX for business and taking the family. Our kids are 7 and 9 and want theme parks and so on. I have explained this will be more of a cultural experience. We will be staying at the Westin in Chih MX, any fun ideas for kids?
