At the beautiful new internal customs facility in Caborca, we got the red light. Like a good Citizen I drove into secondary and made eye contact with the inspector and I was waved right through no questions asked. I guess I should have stopped anyway and argued that they were treating me unfairly by not making me unpack everything after getting the red light. But I obeyed them and I was in compliance by doing so. At the immigration check point a few hours earlier I was waved through also. There was much more traffic this year than last year. Gas was cheaper than I thought @ $2.69 per gallon. There were no Soldier checkpoints past Sonora. No problems of any kind at all. Everyone has been very nice. Happy Holidays.
