El Rancho Motel - between Monterrey & Laredo

Can't Post |
I read somewhere that there was a somewhat new hotel/motel on the cuota between Laredo and Monterrey. Someone had it located just after the first tollbooth (km 100) coming south from Laredo. Does anyone have any information if this correct? And if so any experience with staying there. Thanks.

It's just south of the Sabinas Hidalgo toll booth. The overall location is called Traveler Plaza, with a Pemex, El Rancho Hotel and several food locations including a restaurant, coffee shop (beware stale muffins), Subway sandwiches etc.
The cost including IVA was just over 700 pesos a room when we stayed there in November and February.
