Driving Mexican car out of Mexico

Are there any special requirements that I would need besides insurance for leaving Mexico with a Mexican Vehicle. I will be driving to Canada for about a month before returning home to Guadalajara. I will also be taking a Mexican born dog with me. Anything special required for this.

You know about getting papers on your dog, right? Any veterinarian should know the rules and have the forms.

There is an article by"Andy in Dallas" written
in the Mexconnect archives which lists the
Form Number required and how to get it filled
out. It is a couple of years old, but has
telephone numbers and such in it. Also an
article by Jennifer Rose at the same place.

I have searched the archives but could not find the articles mentioned about driving a mexican plated car out of Mexico.
I found the information required for my dog entering the U.S. and Canada but the part about having a vet verify my dogs health 72 hours before I re-enter Mexico I will have to check into further because it doesn´t make sense to me.: There is an article by"Andy in Dallas" written
