Crossing back to AZ, what's it like since Sept. 11th?

Hi all, I am thinking about going to San Carlos for New Years and I want to try to avoid a huge wait at the border coming back... I have not been to Mexico since Sept 11th, and cannot find any info or stats on crossing times back into Arizona. I am coming from Tucson, going through Nogales and on to San Carlos, and back again. I am wondering if it might even be better to come back through a small town like Naco or Sasabe...??<p>Does anyone have advice or stories or info? Any help would be hugely appreciated....
Thanks!<p>Also-- can we take more then 1 dog across?<p>
