I have an extra cell phone, and I would like to know where in the U.S., Los Angeles Area or Nogales, MX to convert this telephone to work in MX. I have heard about prepaid cell telephone card that you can put on the cell phone. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Can't say if it is possible to convert a cell phone but I choose not to bring my phone to Mexico and for about $100 USD you can buy a new Nokia and get approx. $50-70 worth of airtime included. Where I am (Torreon) there are several cell carriers and most if not all offer pre-paid cards which is what I use. TelCell is the biggest and Unifone is the cheapest. Hope this helps.
: I have an extra cell phone, and I would like to know where in the U.S., Los Angeles Area or Nogales, MX to convert this telephone to work in MX.
