CIITEV Permit Station in Nuevo Laredo Reopens

The main CIITEV station in Nuevo Laredo located on the riverbank between the two bridges which had been closed for the last month due to flood damage, reopened yesterday (08/02/2010). The city itself is outwardly calm but there are still some low level incidents occuring. But as long as travelers use Bridge II and take the Luis Donaldo Coloso loop around the city they are unlikely to see anything out of the ordinary.
