Caminos y Puentes maintains a website with useful travel information. This link leads to current alerts but there is also a trip planner which includes distance, travel times, gasoline and toll expenses.

May be my imagination, but isn't there an ENGLISH tab on the upper right side. Didn't do any playing with it to see what it does. My Firefox has auto translate for Spanish to English for any web site that I visit.

Yes, Neil, it does have an English tab, but that just gives one limited info..... Vision, Mission Statement etc. If one clicks farther from there, it returns to Spanish and I could never even find the 'page' that Bryan had highlighted.

But do tell me how you use Firefox to auto-translate Spanish to English.... is it the FoxLingo Translator Add-on? Is it actually any 'good'???

Rick:

You had to ASK! Both Rolly and I have this feature but neither of us can remember just how we installed it. It is actually a GOOGLE translate, which we all know has a few shortcomings but I have become so used to it that I interpret the English into something that makes sense to me. Maybe someone else will know how to install?

I think that it might be one of the features of the customized Google toolbar. I use Google Chrome for my browser and, ironically, it doesn't feature it's own toolbar.

Yep, that is it. First install google toolbar. Then select options and you can choose "translate" including the entire webpage. The only problem is you will be stuck with a garbled translation which can really be confusing. Better than nothing but not by much.
