Bus trip to San Miguel

A friend and I are planning to take the bus from McAllen, TX to San Miguel. We would like to fly into Harlingen, TX rather than drive from Houston. Does anyone know if there's transportation readily available from Harlingen to McAllen? Thanks in advance.<p>Nancy

There are several direct busses from Houston. Why are you flying to Harlingen, taxi to bus station to get bus? Just get on a bus in Houston and come directly to SMA. Ask any Mexican from Mexico where to catch them. They usually go to Mexican grocery stores or taco stands. They are very nice busses. Try infosma.com or PortalSanMiguel.com.

Thanks for the tip, Cynthia. I guess I was thinking about the "fanny factor" when we talked about flying to Harlingen -- a long time sitting! We'll check out the direct buses though. That is probably the best way.
