Bus terminal in Mexico City

My husband and I are flying in to Mexico City next week and will take a bus on to Puebla. Seems I read in one the forums awhile back that there is a bus station in the airport terminal. Can anyone verifiy this? Would the A.D.O. bus be the one we should take? Need your help. Thanks.

Yes, buses to Puebla depart directly from the airport
