What are your questions, JJ?
The first class bus (ADO or Cristobal Colon) will get you there in 5 hours while you sleep. Second class bus is cheaper and will get you there also but in my experience its worth it to go first class. If you must go cheaper, look for the 2nd class line called Estrella Roja.
