Bus from Colima to Patzcuaro-Paracho area

It is kind of a you can't get there from here, there are no major roads going that way, so you might even end up changing in Lazaro Cardenas or Guadalajara. My book does not show a bus from Colima to Patzcuaro or Morelia. My book shows 14 hours on the bus, plus connection time, via Lazaro Cardenas. Maybe a two day trip, not fun.<p>Visit the bus station the day before, so you understand what your options are, and allow plenty of time for the trip.<p>I do not recommend night travel in that area of Mexico, for security reasons, although it is not as bad as Guerrero state.<p>Richard<p>
