Interested to know how the drive is on the new "Arco Norte" periferico de Ciudad Mexico, that Pres. Calderon announced was finished earlier this year. Also, where are the two connecting points (ends)?

OOOPS...now I see there was already a post about this.Thanks for the web site link! I am, however, confused about the "hoy no circula"...I thought that was only for the city itself.
