Use any image management program such as Photoshop, or my favorite Ulead's Impact, or any other equivalent program - even one from Billy G's stable.
Requirements: (Personal Icon images.)
Size no larger than 120 pixels on any side
20k
jpg, jpeg, tif and png are accepted.
and please no animation. Make it easy for the rest of us.
