need help posting a thread under the correct region

Hi I am looking to post a question about Monterrey Mexico but I need to know exactly which region should this thread be placed under? can some one please give me some assistance in this matter. Which of the following forums should my question pertaining to Monterrey Mexico be posted:

Central Pacific Region
Central Highlands
Gulf of Mexico
Jalisco's Lake Chapala Region
North Pacific Region
Southern Mexico

Northern México doesn't have its own forum, so you could post your comments on Living, Working, Retiring, or on the General Forum as seems best.
