[reply]Hi Janice, I bring several loaves of rice bread (gluten free )with me from Canada, and have never had a problem. I request the baker to package it in small sealed plastic packs, with a label on each and a list of ingredients. I then let Customs know this is in my bags. You can find rice flour, and other baking items easy enough at any large super. I use this to make up pancakes and muffins , bread coating for fish etc. I also ask the resta[email]urants to toast my bread if I am eating out, with no problems. They are very willing to help out. Good luck.[code]
