USA Prescription drugs

The prescriptions I brought down with me for valium and paxil have run out. My question is does one need scripts for these here, and if so, how much should a doctor appointment cost to refill the prescriptions down here? Thanks for any suggestions, pedrin

Not sure about Valium, but Paxil is sold over the counter, no prescription needed.
