Trouble changing my email address for alerts

Hi, I can't seem to contact Mexconnect because I stopped using att and outlook express is still popping up so my message won't go through. What can I do?

Thanks, but if it were as simple as that, I would have no problem. For some reason, I have two login identities. I just switched to the one with the right email address. So I have a new ID.
