System thinks I haven't paid...

...but I have. I sent in an email to the webmaster but I guess it wasn't received.

Basically, when my trial access was set to expire, I paid for a year, and the system allowed me access beyond the initial one week free trial. Then last week (and right before I left for Mexico) it won't let me access the system. It recognizes who I am, but it treats me as though my subscription has expired.

It isn't a cookie issue, as I've been trying to access the system from many different machines now (these internet cafes in Mexico) and always the result is the same.

I checked the account set up and yes. the fault was on our end.
You should now be just fine!

The Webmistress in Ajijic has been subject to email problems over the last few days and I would guess your email did not get through.
