Second Membership

Can't Post | Private Reply

I use a Mexconnect membership for the Mazatlan Reading Library to post messages of interest to our readers. I would like to have a personal membership at Mexconnect so I can comment on other things. I have not been able to get a second membership, because a message comes up saying my email address is being used by another member! How can I join as an organization as as an individual too? My emails to postmaster have been unanswered. Thanks, Dee

Hola!

There is a problem there!
The system is set so that only one subscription per email address is possible.
So.
If you have a second email address - no problem.
If you don't, perhaps the library could use a different address thus freeing yours up for your personal account.

In either case you will need to let me know so that I can make the changes to the account.

Help! I went to Edit Profile, but the email listed wasn't my personal email address! It was the address of the previous library representative! I changed it to mazinfo@mexconnect.com, which it should have been anyway.. but where the heck is my personal address stored in your system? Thanks for checking, Dee
