Not to be negative, but Baja and Cabo are possibly the most "forumized" areas on the planet. There are DOZENS of Cabo forums, many more for Baja. There would seem to be little need for another.

Thanks - but I checked the homepage and it doesn't indicate the owner has a preference to be a regional site. Did I miss something?

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean by that? It's a list of forums, in English, for residents of Mexican areas. They are mostly local things done by local people.
