Moving a post

Can't Post | Private Reply

Can you move a post if you mistakenly put it in the wrong forum or should you just post again in the right one? I keep seeing posts that have been moved but I can't figure out how to do it.

Only moderators have a Move button. If you wish, you can delete the post you placed on the wrong forum and post anew on another one.

Thanks Rolly,
I think you only have a certain amount of time for deleting a post and I think it's past that time. If I don't get any responses I'll just repost in the right spot later. I just didn't want to duplicate myself (that's a scary thought cause one of me is definitely enough!!!)

If your time for deletion has passed, or if you'd like your post moved, write Tony Burton or me. Be sure to identify the action you wish taken, your user name, and the URL at which the post appears.
