Hi Joe,
The picture on the left is part of your Profile. Go to Edit Profile, then User Profile. Go down the page to Icon. Click on Browse and load your picture from your hard drive. There is a size limit of 20K.
If you have a problem loading a photo into your Profile because it is too big, send your picture to me as an e-mail attachment and I'll fix it and send it back to you. I have the tools and the time to take care it. I can also crop the picture to cut out extraneous parts so the main focus is larger in the tiny little posted photo.
Age regression, as in my photo, is available for a not-so-modest fee.
