HOW TO: Loading up a Personal Icon Image.

Loading up a Personal Icon Image.
First, get your image ready. jpg or gif, no larger than 140 pixels wide and no larger than 15 kilobits
Know where it is stored on your computer.
Favour to all - please limit the amount of animation in your image - it is fun for you, but irritating and distracting for the rest of us.
Log in.
Click on Edit Profile
click on user profile
Half way down is the ICON section.
On the right, there is a Browse button.
Use that to locate your image.
Click on the little circle beside the Browse.
Scroll to the bottom.
Click on "Make Profile Changes"
To check:
Open the User Profile again and if the image is there - good for you!
If not, then refresh your Browser by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking on the Browser's Refresh or Reload button.
If still not, close the browser, and reopen and check.
If still not, you weren't successful and try loading it up again (unless the image was larger than described above, in which case it will have been rejected!)
To Change the image.
First you have to remove the old one.
Go into your Personal Profile.
In ICON, select the No Icon button
Scroll down and click on Make Profile Changes
Reload, refresh and check that the image is gone.
If so, then load up the new one as above!
