replace lost inapam card

I lost mine but do have photocopies of it. I live in Tepoztlan, Morelos, and wonder if with my photocopy I can have a replacement w/o all the hassle. I may be dreaming, I know.

In Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit it was like applying for the first time after my husband lost his. If you have a copy, why not print and laminate it?
