Finally making the permanent move. Does our new Fm3 have to be stamped at border before our shipment can clear the aduana, or can our shipment preceed us?

The shipment can proceed you. That's the way mine worked.

Once the consulate has stamped the menaje, it stands alone. Nobody will need to see your FM3.
