Hi.

To start with, you should read everything there is to read at http://www.mexconnected.com/...ivinginmexindex.html then come back with any questions you might have after that.

Also, give some more info about yourself and what you would like to do or accomplish here in Mexico and where you are thinking of living. There is not much call for "canadian artist/heavy equipment mechanic" here so plan on retiring or finding a job like teaching English or selling something to tourists.
