U.S dirivers license

What do people living in Mexico do to keep there U.S. drivers license? Can you have a P.O. box address to use to keep your license? Just wondering how others deal with this.

There could be at least 50 answers to this questions. The answer will depend upon the state which issued the license -- as well as the licensee. Read the motor vehicle code of the relevant state.

Some states have online renewals, using the same photo as the old license. Some states will not send a driver's license to a PO Box, and some will send that renewed license straight to a Mexican address. And then there's the issue of older drivers, vision-impaired drivers, and those miscellaneous sorts who must re-qualify for driver's licenses.
