Sure, but the real question should be about receiving and shipping in Mexico. If an item isn't worth the cost of shipping it by a courier like DHL you as a seller or your buyer probably will never see it. I wouldn't even think of an eBay type business from Mexico.

I think many of your questions would be answered, about your fantisy of living in Mexico, by reading the Peoples Guiode to Mexico and then visiting the interior for a while. If the place was as you may have heard or think it might be it would be chock full of "Blue haired" retirees.

If you found something in Mexico that sold like hotcakes on eBay you might consider shipping via courier once a week to a distribution point in Texas or Arizona and having someone stateside mail out the individual parcels... just a thought :)

Actually E bay does have an affiliate in Mexico. This is only for selling things in Mexico.
