Santiago Powerplant Project

I posted this weeks ago and received no response ... I try again just in case.
Does anyone have any information on the Project scheduled to start up on the Santiago River in Nayarit?

Buenos días y gracias Rolly ...

I have done the internet and have read through several articles in various trade journals. There is a local group here that bid on some parts of the project (The Washington Group ... the old Morrison_Kneudsen Company) and I have read some of the documentation regarding scope. What I am seeking is local response to the project. If there are attitudes of support or not.
