Does anyone here live in San Felipe or have a fair amount of knowledge about it? I'm interested in learning about the area, i.e., real estate cost, amenities (medical, etc.), safety of the area, ownership of land/home problems (if there are any), good real estate website for homes, etc. Our plan is to go there sometime early this year to check it out but I thought if I could get some information ahead of time that would be great. TIA!
