Planning to live in Rosarito?

Look people, I have lived here for a while now and to tell you the truth I love it here. If you plan to stay there are many options for you to choose from.

Renting vs. Owning? Owning the the way to go. In the long run you save a whole lot more, enjoy a hassle free land lord because you are the person in charge. Some pit falls but all in all owning is the the better option.

If you plan to rent, look for a place now. November through January are the best times to get a nice place at an unbeatable price. The turist season has passed and there are a lot of empty homes, apartments and condos just wait for the next tenant. You?

If you need help, just e-mail me at ebaldenegro@hotmail.com.

Best places to shop for food, clothing and stuff, just ask me. Best lobster or breakfast, hey I am your man. If you are looking for the perfect cup of coffee or cappuccino, go to Cha Cha's. It is about 1 mile south of the AM/PM on the libre (free road). Just say Elias sent you. The girls are nice and Cha Cha, well she is extra nice. :) Enjoy and I will probably see you there.

My Husband and I would like to buy a little vacation home for the family in Mexico. (Preferably Rosarito or Puerto Nuevo) My question where do we start?
