Place to live in Saltillo

I am planning to move to Saltillo in the next few months (probably by December) and stay for at least eight months -- maybe more. I am looking for a place to live. I suppose an apartment would be best, since I don't want to spend more than 3000 pesos a month. I don't know if there are other options (a telephone line is a necessity).

Does anyone have any tips on how I might find a place (or know of any!). I am currently in Oaxaca, and can go there to look, but would love to be able to line things up to look at via the internet.

I know I'm pipe-dreaming expecting much of a response here, since Saltillo is not exactly a place foreigners go to live.

Appreciating in advance any suggestions you might have, Steve

Saltillo is a wonderfully beautiful city and seems to me to be a fine place to want to live.

Try this link...scroll down to Cuahuila for a couple of newspapers from Saltillo. I didn't look at the individual sites, but surely one of them will have classifieds included.
