National or not?

Can't Post |
I am an American and my fiance and I are moving to the Puerto Vallarta area for at least a couple of years. She was born in Guadalajara and just received dual nationality. Does anyone know if our marriage entitles me to similar staus? We are moving in June and I am not sure if I should apply for a FM3 up here (Chicago) or not? Thank You

Marriage changes neither your nationality nor your citizenship. It CAN help with establishing Residency, so get the FM3.

My wife was born in Mexico and is a U.S. Citizen. We live full time in Mexico. I need at least an FM-3 to live here year around. I got mine in the U.S. before I came down.
